World Heart Day 2018: What You Should Know About Heart Disease- INFOGRAPHICS

Every 29th day of September, The World Heart Federation(WHF) alongside The World Health Organisation (WHO) and other concerned entities all around the world observe WORLD HEART DAY by making it a point of duty to create awareness about: HEART DISEASE; the modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors as well as; vital promises we must all make not only to ourselves but to others around us, if we must keep our hearts going for as long as possible. The theme of the day coined by WHF is "MY HEART, YOUR HEART", to reflect the fact that, just by sharing vital information we can all influence better heart health for each other and prevent or enhance better management outcomes for those who have already been diagnosed with some form of heart disease. This year, we decided to compile vital campaign materials by way of simple infographics, to remind you if you already know or freshly inform you about heart disease and all you need to know about it.
